WAM! Kids (Worship, Art & Music) will resume in the Fall

ECLC's  Music Staff

ECLC is blessed with two very talented music directors, Paul Andress and Melissa Bergstrom.

StringsPaul Andress (far right in photo at left) and the ECLeCtics
Paul, composer of several liturgies, frequently leads the service on piano or guitar accompanied by Peter Hodne and Ben Crabtree on Guitar, Larry Tuura on bass guitar, and Tim Beekmann on keyboard or other percussion. Tim also sings with the current 'Pew Boys,' Mark Swiggum, Rick Larson and Jeff Aamot. Of course, with the addition of Cathy Malotky, we should probably now say 'Pew People.'

Every so often we will have a 'String Sunday.' No, not violins, but we could probably use a fiddle! With banjo and Jonathan Rundman on mandolin, we have 'Deliverance from Evil,' with dueling banjos and guitars, and styles ranging from bluegrass or mountain to country or folk.

Choir director and musician
We have a position open for choir director and musician (Dec. 2007).

Other Musical Contributors
Occasionally we are treated to Jonathan Flak and Cheryl Persigehl singing a moving duet accompanied by Jonathan on guitar.

ECLC youth frequently contribute vocal or instrumental 'special music' for worship.

There are many talented members of the congregation and all are invited to be a part of the musical worship.

If you would like to be a part of making a 'joyful noise' at ECLC,
contact one of the music directors!
